Modern amazon brooch -Freedom

The “modern amazon” jewellery piece is presented as a brooch inside this link, but it’s been also made as a neckpiece. Manto Magdalena Mavrogenous (Greek Μαντώ Μαυρογένους), was born in 1796 in Trieste and died in July 1848 in Paros Island, was a prominent supporter and commander of the Greek War of Independence/freedom of 1821 and is now considered a female icon-hero of the Greek War of Independence.
