Leontiadi creations purchased through the Leontiadi e-boutique may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions-Direct Sales.

Please note:

You may return your creation to the Leontiadi e-boutique distribution center within 30 days following delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Merchandise credits are not issued through the Leontiadi e-boutique.

You are also welcome to visit our Leontiadi Lab in Athens/Greece to process the exchange or refund. Please allow several business days to see the refund on your bank statement.

You may return or exchange your Leontiadi creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Leontiadi will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid DHL shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.

Engraved or embossed creations cannot be returned to Leontiadi for exchange or refund.

Special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Leontiadi for exchange or refund.
