Shipping policy

All the product orders shall be shipped via DHL Express. The days may vary from 2-5 working days depending on the product. The shipping, taxes and duties ( excluding some special cases) are included in the price of the product.  We ensure that we do our paperwork from this end and ship your products out so you don’t encounter any inconvenience with the shipping and customs. In our experience so far, we haven’t encountered a problem. In an unlikely circumstance, where a duty might be incurred, we cannot assume responsibility for it. Leontiadi cannot estimate the value of duties and does not have control over these charges as the custom policies keep varying from country to country. Leontiadi shall not be liable for payment of any such duties and taxes as discussed above. For any further questions, please write to and our team will ensure your purchase reaches you hassle free.  Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times and details available in checkout. All the deliveries where applicable shall be made on best effort basis and while Leontiadi shall ensure to provide best possible means to deliver the products on the dates intimated, Leontiadi disclaims any claims or liabilities arising in case of any delay in this regard. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer time due to inter alia: • Place of delivery • Bad weather • Any unforeseen circumstances or any mishap. In case there is an expected delay of delivery, Leontiadi, at its sole discretion, may intimate the person who has made the purchase regarding the delay of the delivery including any loss or damage caused.

Orders received by 14:00 PM GMT will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from that business day. Orders received after 14:00 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent when your order is shipped, confirming that it is on its way.

Shipping time
1) After your payment is verified, it can still take 1-5 business days to process your order before shipment.
And it is NOT included in delivery time.

2) Delivery might take longer during holidays or weekends

at the time of check out. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Please contact us, in case the whole delivery time reaches 20 days (your parcel might be lost) and we will issue a full refund to your payment account for your lost parcel.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Leontiadi.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Delivery and return

We offer a 15 day return policy on unused items purchased from our website, including its original packaging. After this 15 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We do not refund shipping costs.
When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as UPS, DHL etc. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that LEONTIADI.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.


If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please email customer service ( right away with your order number and a description of the damage (including a photo if possible). A customer service representative will contact you.
